What this covers
Google's Core Web Vitals measure three things: how quickly the main content appears (LCP, ideally under 2.5 seconds), how quickly the page responds to a tap or click (INP, under 200 milliseconds), and how much the layout jumps around while loading (CLS, under 0.1). They feed into rankings, and they line up closely with whether visitors stay or leave.
A Lighthouse score from your laptop isn't the whole picture. We look at field data from real visitors in Search Console and the Chrome UX Report, then trace each problem to its cause: an oversized hero image, a font that blocks rendering, a chat widget loading on every page, slow hosting, or JavaScript that freezes the page on older phones.
