Shopify Development questions
What's the difference between this and Shopify Store Development?
Store Development covers launching a store end to end: setup, products, payments, shipping, and design. Shopify Development is the developer work: custom themes, sections, metafields, and integrations, usually for stores that already exist.
Can you work on our current theme instead of replacing it?
Often, yes. If the theme is reasonably clean we extend it. If it's been patched so many times that every change risks breaking something, we'll recommend a rebuild and explain why.
