How long does a domain transfer take?

Usually 5 to 7 days, though some registrars release domains faster. A domain can't be transferred within 60 days of registration or a previous transfer.

Will transferring our domain take our website or email offline?

Not if it's done carefully. We copy all DNS records before the transfer so services keep working throughout.
